This is my son's lunch.
Lunch section.
The main dish is teriyaki chicken.
Spinach salad, simmered hijiki seaweed,
carrot kinpira, etc.
*We use a Thermos lunch box for lunch.
Onigiri bento for the way home section.
Shumai, rolled omelet, simmered daikon and goboten,
homemade pickled vegetables, etc.
My son always eats natto for breakfast,
but he only uses the egg yolk,
so there's always leftover egg white.
So we use this for rolled omelet.
Mix mayonnaise, dashi stock, and water-dissolved potato starch.
The same goes for thin omelet,
but mixing in water-dissolved potato starch helps it hold together well and makes it fluffy when cooked.
Well, today is the final day of Fujii Kaze's arena tour, and there's a lot of buzz around. I wonder what will happen if there's some big announcement. I hope it's a good story if there is. I wonder. (=ච ﻌ ච=) By the way, I'm late in writing this, but... I was quite shocked when I heard about the death of Television's Tom Verlaine at the end of last month. I wonder how many times I've listened to the masterpiece "Marquee Moon." After Jeff Beck, another great guitarist. R.I.P... And on the 10th of this month, Burt Bacharach. "The composer and performer who turned easy listening into high art" (The Guardian). He was a great songwriter. Fujii Kaze's cover is also fresh to my ears. By the golden duo B. Bacharach & H. David.
(Part 1)
(Part 2)
R.I.P...(´;ω;`)Uuuu
By the way, the mood has changed completely,
Fujii Kaze's Instagram stories...
Looking like this.
Facing forward.
Rustling.
Boom!
Reminds me of this.
